Experience the beautiful scenery of the Bernese Oberland from the lake. A refreshing 3-hour experience on and in the water.
We set sail from Neuhaus (maximum 6 people) 6 people) and set off on Lake Thun in a 200-horsepower sports motorboat, cruising along the shore towards the Beatus Caves. If you’re feeling brave, you’ll have the chance to take the helm yourself.
The tour continues along the captivating cliffs in the direction of Beatenbucht. We will have a constant view of the authentic villages along the lake, as well as the traditional wooden chalets with their unique floral decorations.
At Hotel Beatus in Merligen, you can order food and drinks and pick them up directly without leaving the boat. When crossing Lake Thun to Spiez, a stop is a good opportunity to enjoy the food you picked up or a picnic you brought with you. You can also take a dip in the lake – the more adventurous among you can even jump into the water.
Visit to the Bay of Spiez, the “most beautiful bay in Europe.” Here, you can stroll along the bay, have a coffee, or enjoy a cocktail. You will also have plenty of time to visit Spiez Castle and its gardens. We can also arrange a great meal on the boat and just hang out. You won’t miss out on bathing and swimming either. You can decide spontaneously at any time what you feel like doing.

Go to the BLS public boat service station on Lake Thun, located by the Hotel Neuhaus in Unterseen. There is plenty of parking available here, and bus line 21 goes to the meeting point.
