Beschreibung

Discover the best of Boa Vista Island on a full-day guided tour. Visit the Viana Desert, swim at João Barrosa and Ervatão beaches, and explore the abandoned fishing village of Curral Velho.
Begin your journey with a convenient hotel pickup and head to Fonte Vicente Oasis, a haven of unspoiled nature. Learn about local flora and fauna and see fruit trees including figs, almonds, tamarinds, and the iconic baobab.

Next, visit Curral Velho, an abandoned fishing village once affected by drought and pirate raids. Explore the old salt mine and hear stories of the island’s past.

Enjoy an off-road drive to João Barrosa, a wild and secluded beach. Continue to Ervatão Beach, a vital nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles. Weather permitting, swim in its turquoise waters.

Pause for lunch in Fundo das Figueiras, a village known for agriculture and pastoralism. Sample local specialties, including the island’s famous goat cheese.

End your adventure at the Viana Desert, one of Cape Verde’s seven natural wonders. Walk along the white sand dunes and admire breathtaking landscapes stretching over 10 km. Finally, return to your accommodation after a day of exploration and unforgettable scenery.
