Anjuna - famous for its parties in Goa

Anjuna is a chillout coastal village situated on the Arabian Sea in Goa, southwest India. Anjuna Beach, a sandy cove bestudded with palm trees and black rocks, was a popular hippie destination in the 1960s. Today, it is known for its electronic music trance parties. Every Wednesday, a large flea market sells handicrafts, jewellery, and food. To the north of the beach is the Church of St. Anthony, an old church with a white facade.
