Back in the day, Buenos Aires had a lot of money and no much rules for construction, the city grew rapidly and decided to become an European capital, or rather, a mix of them. It was a place where young architects from different nations used to come to experiment and leave their mark. As a result of that, it became a great place to learn about it.
