As you unwind on my cozy rooftop in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo Soho, I'll delve into every aspect of meat, its preparation, cooking techniques, and the fascinating stories behind our cherished traditions.
**What will be tasted?**
1. **Homemade TUCUMANAS EMPANADAS (Arguably the most famous in our country)**
2. **MORCILLA**
3. **CHORIZO SAUSAGE. Don't miss the iconic ARGENTINIAN CHORIPAN.**
4. **MATAMBRE PORK BELLY, MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD & LOCAL HERBS.**
5. **Argentine Steak.**
6. **RIB EYE with malbec salt.**
The BBQ will be complemented with ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALAD, and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE. Throughout dinner, we'll share a selection of MALBEC WINE.
**DESSERT:**
Indulge in our DULCE DE LECHE Cake, a treasured "Grandma's recipe." Finally, we'll raise a toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA!
* A SPECIAL VEGETARIAN MENU CAN BE PREPARED.

* Please note that it is situated on the third floor accessible by stairs.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
