The flight is for 2/3 passengers, with the third passenger subject to the combined weight of the passengers.
Children must travel with a responsible adult.
When boarding the aircraft, all passengers must have a valid identification document.
Passengers are advised not to bring large luggage due to limited luggage space.
It is prohibited to board the aircraft with any blunt, sharp, or pointed objects.
The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 209 pounds (95 kilograms) if 1 or 2 people are flying.
The maximum average weight allowed per passenger is 154 pounds (70 kilograms) if 3 people are flying (maximum 465 pounds [210 kilograms]).
For safety reasons, ALL PASSENGERS MAY BE WEIGHED PRIOR TO THE FLIGHT.
Passengers must be able to enter and exit the aircraft on their own and must be capable of understanding the safety instructions.
The company has the right to cancel the flight or to return to the airfield if the behavior of any passenger poses a safety risk.
Enter from Route 40 km 2050 at the entrance to the Lago Nahuel Huapi aerodrome. Once you enter, you'll see the Volando Patagonia sign and a road on the left. Go down the road until you reach the hangar.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
