June 6: Arrival. Pick up from the Zvartnots Intl. Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Rest
June 7: Yerevan city tour – Echmiatsin – Zvartnots – In the Evening participate in wine festival in Yerevan
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a tour of Yerevan. Visit the Statue of Mother Armenia, Cascade Complex, Republic Square, State Opera and Ballet Theater, Northern Avenue, Parliament, Genocide Museum, and Vernissage market. Continue to Echmiadzin Cathedral, St. Gayane Church, St. Hripsime Church, and Zvartnots Cathedral. Return to Yerevan for the Wine Festival and stay overnight at the hotel. (B/L/-)
June 8: Garni – Geghard - In the Evening participate in wine festival
Visit Garni Temple, the only pagan temple in the Caucasus, and explore nearby royal palace ruins. Enjoy lavash baking and tasting. Walk to Symphony Canyon for stunning views, then visit the UNESCO-listed Geghard Monastery. Return to Yerevan for the Wine Festival and stay overnight. (B/L/-)
June 9: Sevan – Noratus Cementery – Mikayelyan Family Farm
Have breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Sevan to visit the 9th-century Sevanavank Monastery and enjoy views of Lake Sevan. Visit Noratus Cemetery, the largest surviving cemetery with khachkars. At Mikayelyan Family Farm, taste various Armenian cheeses and wines. Return to Yerevan for the Wine Festival and stay overnight. (B/-/-)
June 10: Free day or optional tour upon request
You can visit restaurants and cafes in Saryan street and Cascade. Visit museums and galleries in Yerevan, for example History Museum of Armenia, the Matenadaran, National Gallery of Armenia, Folk Art Museum, etc. For those who are interested in shopping Dalma Garden Mall and Yereven Mall can be very good options.
