Start your journey with a morning pickup from Yerevan and head south to the Khor Virap Monastery, where you can enjoy views of Mount Ararat. Continue to Areni village and visit a wine factory for a tasting and a tour of the wine cellar.
Next, explore Bird's Cave, where the oldest leather shoe and winery were discovered. Then, head to Noravank Monastery, surrounded by red cliffs. Continue to Jermuk spa city, stopping at Jermuk Waterfall, the mineral hot water gallery, and the lake in the city center.
Drive further south to the Goris region and stop at Karahunj, a prehistoric astronomical observatory. Spend the night in Goris or Shinuhayr.
