- All Matador Vessel departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at our discretion. We reserves the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time and for any reason.
- Matador reserves the right to cancel any trip, or reduce trip duration, in any circumstances, including those which pose a safety risk to you, the vessel or crew, such as severe weather, including cyclones.
- If a Matador trip is cancelled by us prior to or on the scheduled departure date, you will be referred back to the travel agent through which you booked through
- If your trip duration is reduced during the trip due to Unforeseen Circumstances, you may be offered a future trip on a Vessel, at no cost to you, depending on the amount of time by which your original trip on a Matador Vessel was reduced and, subject to availability. Meet your crew at Meeting Point C, South Village, in Coral Sea Marina. The meeting point is located on the righthand side of the two buildings. Be careful not to end up at the North end meeting point. (Coral Sea Marina was previously known as Abell Point Marina.)
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
