Arrive at City Winery which was the first winery in Brisbane and has been established 1860. Named after the city's last winemaker and viticulturist Carl Gerler the venue is home to Gerler wines that are largely made on site by the acclaimed winemaker Dave Cush. The venue is a fully functioning micro-winery, cellar door, and restaurant with private dining for groups of up to 20 participants. 

Meet an expert sommelier or winemaker and begin your wine and food pairing experience. Start by learning about how food and wine work together and what styles of wines work with various types of food. The wine and food masterclass revolves around 6 dishes and wine pairings that in total will be equivalent to a full meal.
