Begin your adventure directly at the vessel 'Reef Experience' located at A Finger, Cairns Marlin Marina by 7:30am for check-in. The friendly crew will welcome you onboard Reef Experience, a purpose-built 24-meter twin hull aluminium catamaran that will take you to two different reef sites.
Complimentary tea and coffee is available all day (when the vessel in not in motion) so grab a cuppa and settle in.
As you cruise toward the first reef site, enjoy a delicious breakfast bacon and egg roll freshly prepared by the onboard cook (dietary requirements catered for). Learn about the marine life you can expect to see during your time at the Great Barrier Reef from a resident marine biologist who will provide an informative presentation during your journey.
Snorkel among vivid coral gardens, giant clams and tropical fish, all gear and personalised tuition included, so it is perfect for beginners, families and confident swimmers alike. Non-swimmer snorkel tours are also available throughout the day for anyone who wants extra support in the water.
Once back on board after your morning session, indulge in a freshly prepared lunch with BBQ meat and vegetables and a variety of healthy, tasty salads, perfect for re-charging your batteries in time for your arrival at the second reef site.

Scuba diving is an additonal charge and may be booked onboard. Certain medical conditions and/or medications may prevent some people from participating in a scuba dive.
Individuals under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A 16 or 17-year-old may travel with prior written parental consent and must have relevant liability forms signed by a parent or guardian. The minimum age for participating in an introductory dive is 12.
Guests need to board directly to the vessel 'Reef Experience' located at A finger at Cairns Marlin Marina. Check-in is at 7:30 am.
Reef Experience departs the marina at 8:00 am sharp.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
