• Tours do not run in extreme weather. In such cases, all guests will be contacted by the tour operator
• Children must be 8 or older to attend with a supervising adult ticket holder
• Tours start at 20:00 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with an additional tour starting at 21:00 on Saturdays
• Children and family tickets are only available on the 20:00 tour
• Late tours are reserved for adults only
• Private tours for groups are available with a minimum of 15 guests
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
Meet outside Observer Hotel — 69 George St, The Rocks, NSW 2000. Please be there 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
