Enjoy a smooth ride to your Sydney hotel in a modern, air-conditioned mini bus driven by a professional and friendly driver. Rest easy knowing your driver is monitoring your flight schedule to ensure you are not left behind. If your flight arrives early your driver will collect you at the earlier time.
For departure transfers, pickup will be approximately 3-hours before your flight time for international flights, and around 2-hours in advance for domestic flights. The driver will drop you off at the entrance to the appropoeiate terninal at Sydney Airport.

• For arrival transfer, you will be dropped off at hotels in the following areas, City, Darling Harbour, Kings Cross, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, and Rocks
• Confirmation will be received within 48-hours of booking
• Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them with boarding and disembarking
• The duration of transfers are approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

The local partner will send a separate email with a pickup time from your hotel in Sydney. The pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
