Arrive at the wharf departure point and be met by a friendly crew member who’ll welcome you aboard and tell you everything you need to know about your cruise.
Depart the wharf and begin your cruise around Sydney's world-famous harbor. The catamaran offers indoor and outdoor viewing spots, allowing you to take in the beauty of Sydney from all angles. To enhance the experience, enjoy a complimentary soft drink and a delicious antipasto spread complete with bread rolls.
From the water, soak up uninterrupted 360 degree views of the stunning cityscape that surrounds you and admire the mystical lights that dance across the buildings. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The total duration of the experience is 1.5 hours, including boarding and disembarkation
• On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, departure is at 5:45 PM and 7:30 PM. A later cruise is available at 9:15 PM on Friday and Saturday
• Cruises are generally not affected by the weather, and the tour proceeds in all weather conditions. If the local partner deems the weather conditions unsafe and the tour is canceled, they will attempt to reschedule the tour at no cost, or a credit voucher will be supplied
• Boarding from the wharf includes some steps
• Cruise schedules are dependent on a minimum passenger number of 8 smaller group bookings will be at the discretion of the activity provider
The departure location is Wharf 2, Walsh Bay. This can be easily located in Google Maps or other navigation systems. It is located across the water from Pier One Hotel. The wharf is a public wharf, so specific Vivid signage is limited.
Upon arrival to the wharf, look for a Sea Sydney Harbour representative, who will be marking names off before you board the vessel. If you do not see the vessel or a company representative upon arrival, please wait patiently at the wharf as either one will not be too far away.
As the city is busy during the Vivid Sydney Festival, plan your travel time well and plan to arrive at the wharf 15-20 minutes prior to departure time. The vessel is unable to wait for late arrivals and due to limited ticket numbers a reschedule will not be an option.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
