After booking, you will receive your play links via email or SMS. There is no need to meet a guide - You decide when you would like to play the adventure and head to the start location (outside of Customs House).

Once at the start location - You and your team click on the play links on your mobile to begin your adventure (there is no app to download) & you'll start to solve the cryptic clues. Each clue once solved leads you to a secret location.

In this Secret Sydney Adventure, you are assigned as private detectives and your mission is to try and solve all of the clues which will lead you to discover Sydney’s hidden streets.

Throughout the trail, you will learn about the hidden backstories through interactive content. You will score points, use hints where necessary, and compete against others on the live leaderboard. You can ask for help at any time during the self-guided tour.

These laneways are today charming walkways with lots of hidden gems that contribute to the tapestry of modern day Sydney. Many people (including the locals) who do this trail are surprised to find such secrets hidden away in plain view of the city.

You'll have the option to stop off at some recommended rest breaks, including an underground speakeasy bar.

Start Location - Outside Customs House (Circular Quay station is 1-minute walk away)
Finish Location - You finish at one of our recommended bars in Sydney CBD near Town Hall Station. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants nearby. If you want some tips on where to eat afterward then get in touch or check the ultimate guide you will see at the end of the trail.
Duration - 2-3 hours (may vary depending on how much time you spend at rest breaks)
Go solo or play as a team - We recommend up to 4 players per team. If you want to play against another team then stagger your start times by 5 minutes, which is a great idea for large parties and team building.
Play links are valid for 6 months after purchase making it a super flexible option

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
