IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will get wet on this tour and we recommend bringing a wet bag or a waterproof bag of some form to protect your phone if you plan to bring it on the ride with you. We also recommend bringing a dry change of clothes. If you don't have one you can leave your belongings on land while you go on the tour.
This is an active tour and guests have to be able to support themselves and hold their own weight in the boat. Guests who have consumed noticeable amounts of alcohol before going on their tour will not be permitted to board.
Our meeting point is Salsa Mexican Grill, located at the rear of the Elizabeth on Bay Shopping Plaza and Marina (This is only 10 minute walk away from the cruise port terminal).
The plaza is a series of cream colored yellow building with dark brown shutters. Once you arrive, walk inside of the plaza and towards the waterfront until you see a restaurant with orange walls by the name of Salsa. This is where we will meet you for check-in. Our boats will depart directly from this marina.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
