Join a full-day guided trip to Geiranger from Hellesylt. Embark on a bus journey through a landscape of majestic mountains, gorgeous waterfalls, and beautiful lakes.
Start your day from Hellesylt cruise port and travel with your guide to Geiranger and the UNESCO World Heritage area. On your way, pass the beautiful lake of Oppstryn and take a short break at Jostedalsbreen National Park Center, learning more about glaciers.
Along the way, also make a short photo stop at the Øvstefossen Waterfall. Then, visit Flydalsjuvet, one of Norway’s most photographed viewpoints, followed by the spectacular Djupvatnet Lake.
Reach the top of the Dalsnibba mountain at the altitude of 1500 m above sea level*. Finally, reach the spectacular Eagle Bend with great views of the Geiranger village, the Geirangerfjord, and the Seven Sisters Waterfall.
Drive up the serpentine Eagle Road with great photo opportunities of the Geirangerfjord. Finally, return to Hellesylt in time for your cruise ship.
Important Information: Nibbevegen (road that goes off from mainroad and up to Dalsnibba highest point) is closed during wintertime. Opening time is scheduled in May and will depend on weather conditions. We may have to skip this stop if its still not open.

Coop Marked Hellesylt (Hellesyltvegen 45-47). You will find it next to the main road, across the local school and next to the Joker market. Very short walk from the pier to the bus. Be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
