Description
Thanks to the Jean LeNoir "Le Nez du Vin" aroma guides, you will be invited to recognize the aromas of a cognac aged less than 10 years and another aged over 30 years.
You will visit our estate, including the press, the vat room, the distillery, the aging cellar, and the blending room, before arriving at the workshop. During the tour, we will take two samples of eaux-de-vie of different ages from the barrel. Once in the workshop, we will start with an aroma recognition game (15 primary aromas) and then discover the distinctive aromas of young and old cognacs, before playing again to discover the age of the mystery cognac. Experience and good humor are guaranteed as you discover the nose of Cognac during its aging process.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
