Held at Leandra's home, your local host, this intimate gathering offers a deeper connection to the island through its rich fruit heritage, hands-on learning, and, of course, delicious frozen treats.
Begin with a warm welcome, followed by a guided exploration of Barbados’ incredible fruits. Taste what’s in season, learn fascinating insights about their uses, and discover how these natural treasures shape the island’s culinary identity.
Next, step into the kitchen, where you’ll take part in a hands-on session, transforming these vibrant fruits into a refreshing frozen delight. Whether you’re a kitchen pro or just love trying new things, this fun and easygoing activity is designed for everyone to enjoy.
After crafting your frozen treat, sit back and indulge in a flight tasting of signature local sorbets, where you’ll experience bold and unique island-inspired flavors. To cap off the experience, test your new knowledge with a lighthearted fruit-themed game, making sure you leave with both a satisfied palate and a few fun facts to share.
