Please arrive at your chosen pick-up point 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Each guest must carry a valid photo ID for possible port security checks.
A moderate level of mobility is required to board and exit the vehicle; fold-up wheelchairs may be stowed with advance notice.
Children under 135 cm must use their own approved child seats in the car.
Live commentary is provided in English or Dutch; French or German available on request if arranged in advance.
Maximum group size is 4 guests; larger vehicles can be accommodated via our “your-vehicle” tour.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the vehicle.
Gratuities for your guide are appreciated but not required.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
