• All deliveries from local partner's Berlin office usually arrive within 1 day in the EU countries.
• Orders received after 5 pm (GMT+2) will be shipped on the following business day
Orders are delivered to hotels 1 day before the rental starts. Please provide reservation holder's name if the hotel reservation was not made in your name.
For out-of-hotel delivery, there must be someone to welcome the courier at the address.
Otherwise, you will be directed to the nearest DHL Self-Pickup Point.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
