IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A visa is required to enter Bhutan. The visa fee is included in the price, so the activity provider can process your visa on your behalf. They just need copies of your passports and recent passport-sized photos.
The price includes Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) which is levied by the Royal Government of Bhutan and used to develop tourism infrastructure, provide free education and health care, protect exceptional forest cover, and maintain Bhutan's status as a carbon-neutral country.
It is highly recommended to check flight availability before you book the tour, especially during the high-season months of March to May and September to November. You can either book the Drukair or Bhutan Airlines flight online yourself or leave it to the activity provider if you have any trouble booking the flight. They are happy to help you in any way that they can.
Men wear knee-high socks with Gho, so please bring a pair of them.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
