The Tour does not have transportation to/from hotels; passengers must go to the meeting point on their own.
Meeting point: Sugarloaf Mountain Ticket Office. Pasteur Avenue, 520 - Urca. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
You will be sent a confirmation shortly by e-mail with your voucher with the exact departure time within the time window of the selected option. (please be mindful that tickets are processed during the day, local time in Brazil)
The Selected timeslot is an estimate. Your exact departure time will be confirmed by our local partner via e-mail and may differ by two hours.
Exchange your voucher (printed or digital) for your boarding pass at the box office on the day of your visit. A valid ID is required to make the exchange.
Priority boarding is just on the way up (Express Pass only). Return by cable car works on a first-come-first-served basis.
The ticket-only option doesn't skip the line. To avoid it, choose the Express Pass option.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
