Description

Learn how to make some of La Paz's most traditional and delicious dishes and drinks from scratch.
We invite you to join us for this unforgettable experience that will last forever. Come with us to enjoy this UNIQUE EXPERIENCE and learn how to make traditional "Baja" style fish or shrimp tacos. In this immersive experience, we'll go to the local market to buy the fresh fish and/or shrimp we'll be working with. This experience will teach you everything from filleting your fish, if you like, to preparing your Baja-style tacos with all the traditional sauces and toppings. You'll also learn how to make traditional margaritas, mezcalitas, and the very traditional "doble canala," a super famous drink in the city of La Paz.

Our experience kicks off at 8 am. We'll meet at the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the La Paz boardwalk. From there, we'll head to a nearby local market to buy the freshest fish for our tacos. Then, we'll head straight to the spectacular terrace of one of our restaurants, Mariscos El Molinito, located right on the La Paz promenade. There, we'll prepare each of our recipes outdoors, all under the supervision and guidance of one of our chefs. After you've made and tasted each dish, we'll show you how to prepare our traditional MARGARITAS, MEZCALITAS, and DOBLE CANALA PACEÑA. At the end, we'll give you traditional handmade regional sweets and a small recipe book so you can take home an UNFORGETTABLE culinary experience. Our experience ends at the same starting point, the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the boardwalk.
