Salar de Uyuni full day from La Paz and back

We offer you a unique and unforgettable experience, exploring the impressive salt flat and discovering the other charms of this region.
Day 1:
At 20:30 h, go to the Bus Office to check in. The bus to Uyuni leaves at 21:00 h from La Paz.
Day 2:
Arrival in Uyuni between 4:30 and 5:00 am. You will have free time to buy coolers, water and other necessary items for the trip.
At 10:30 am, your excursion to the Salar de Uyuni begins. The first stop will be the famous “Train Cemetery” on the outskirts of Uyuni.
Then, you will visit the small village of Colchani, where you can see the salt miners' workshops and purchase handicrafts made from salt, as well as textiles made from llama and alpaca wool, ideal for souvenirs.
Explore the vast expanse of salt, take photos at the “Ojos de Agua Salada” and visit a hotel built entirely of salt, which now serves as a museum and restaurant.
After a morning full of exploration, you will enjoy lunch along the way. Later, you will have time to hike to the top of Incahuasi Island, where you will see giant cacti and petrified coral rock formations.
Important: During the rainy season (January-March), it is not possible to visit Incahuasi Island.
Finally, in a large area, you will be able to experience a breathtaking sunset over the salt flat, enjoying the vibrant colors while sipping a glass of wine.
Return to Uyuni between 19:15 and 19:45.
At 20:30 h, head back to the bus office. The bus to La Paz departs at 21:00 h.

Day 3:
Arrival in La Paz between 6:15 hy 6:35 h. End of the excursion at the main bus station in the city of La Paz.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
