Description
The sunset at the Salar de Uyuni is one of the reasons why it is considered the mirror of the world.
We begin with pick-up at the agreed meeting point in Uyuni (4:00 p.m.), to enter the Salar de Uyuni. Where we will wait for the sunset, while taking pictures.
After reaching the privileged point, we will begin to appreciate the immensity of the Milky Way and we will be able to take pictures with a very beautiful starry background.
Once the excursion is over, we will return to the city of Uyuni, culminating in being dropped off at the hotel, terminal or airport.
Note: The entire salt esplanade is very reflective and in the rainy season (from December to May), there is a small layer of water that gives it a mirror effect.
Our star excursions are normally carried out throughout the year, except on full moon days, since the brightness of the full moon obscures the stars, preventing their visibility.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
