Begin your day by venturing into a beautiful green land, get to know where traditional food comes from, learn about the crops, Flora and Fauna. Then start making flour and beiju, learning about the oil palms way, by making the oil in a traditional mortar. Next, we make acarajé, a traditional Brazilian dish of Yoruba(Nigerian) origin that is made from fradinho beans and shrimp (vegetarian and vegan options are also available, please let we know your dietary philosophy and it's restrictions)

To celebrate the amazing day, cook on the wood-fired stove and have lunch while catching up. Enjoy a delicious meal with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks included.
