• Neak Pean: A unique artificial island temple, Neak Pean is designed to be a symbol of balance and healing, surrounded by a tranquil pool.
• Banteay Srei: Known as the “Citadel of Women,” Banteay Srei is renowned for its intricate pink sandstone carvings, which are some of the finest in the Angkor region.

• Sunset at Phnom Bakheng: End the day with a panoramic sunset view over Angkor Wat and the surrounding countryside from Phnom Bakheng, one of the oldest temples in the Angkor Archaeological Park.

Day 2: Sunrise Magic & Temple Adventure

• Sunrise at Angkor Wat: Witness the breathtaking sunrise at the world-famous Angkor Wat. The sight of the temple’s silhouette reflected in the lotus ponds is a memory you will cherish forever.
• Ta Prohm: Often called the “Tomb Raider Temple,” Ta Prohm is enveloped by massive trees, with roots intertwining the temple stones in a stunning display of nature’s reclaiming power.
• Ta Keo: This towering, unfinished temple was intended to be a monument to the god Shiva. Its simplicity contrasts with other more ornate temples, but its size and structure are awe-inspiring.
• Ta Nei: A hidden gem in the Angkor complex, Ta Nei is a small, tranquil temple, offering a quiet escape from the larger, more crowded temples.
• Victory Gate: Walk through the impressive Victory Gate of Angkor Thom, with its grand entrance flanked by statues of gods and demons pulling on a giant serpent.
• Elephant Terrace: Once the grandstand for public ceremonies, the Elephant Terrace is decorated with carvings of elephants and was part of the king’s palace complex.
• Bayon Temple: Begin your journey at Bayon, famous for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 serene, smiling faces. This is one of Angkor’s most iconic temples.

Day 3: Ancient Temples & Floating Village

• Preah Ko: One of the earliest temples built in the region, Preah Ko features six towers and is dedicated to the god Shiva. The carvings here are intricate and tell many stories of the gods.
• Bakong: A pyramid-shaped temple, Bakong is the largest and most important of the Roluos Group of temples, with its towering structure symbolizing Mount Meru, the center of the universe in Hindu cosmology.
• Lolei: Another temple in the Roluos Group, Lolei was built on an artificial island and is known for its detailed carvings of Hindu deities.
• Kampong Phluk: In the afternoon, take a boat trip to Kampong Phluk, a traditional floating village on Tonle Sap Lake. Explore the unique way of life of the villagers, whose homes rise on stilts to adapt to the water levels.
