IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For Private Option, upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly greeted by your driver who will carry your name on the welcome sign. Your driver speaks a little bit of English and able to provide you useful information you may need.
In order to arrange a proper pickup or drop-off, travelers are required to clearly give the lodging address and flight departure and be ready at the hotel lobby at least 3 hours before the exact flight departure.
Note: check your valuables, especially, passport, flight tickets, cash, and credit cards etc, before you depart
For Shared Airport Transfers Option, travelers are required to select the transfer time from our schedule and make sure it is 3 hours before the flight departs. You are also required to give us your hotel's name, location, room number and be ready at least 30mins prior to the pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting no longer than 5 minutes.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Shuttle Services are offered hourly from 6:30 A.M. -11.30 P.M.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
