Description
Just only a day you can see all the main attractions of temples in Siem Reap with sunrise view at Angkor Wat and sunset at Phnom Bakheng.
Tour require to start at 4:45am. At that time guide will come to pick you up from your hotel lobby then we head to Angkor Wat for sunrise. After sunrise we can take you back to your hotel for breakfast (if your hotel include breakfast) or you eat breakfast at restaurant nearby Angkor Wat. After breakfast break we return to continue visit Angkor Wat. After Angkor Wat we continue to next temples on Small Circle such as Ta Promh which this temple with a lot of gigantic tree roots took over and the Hollywood made the movie "Tomb Raider".
After busy couple hours in the morning around 12:30pm we’ll have lunch break at a local restaurant nearby.
After lunch around 1:30pm or 2:00pm we’ll Pre Rup Temple which was constructed in late 10th century dedicated to Hindu gods. This reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple. Then we continue to see temples on Small Circle such as Ta Promh which this temple with a lot of gigantic tree roots took over and the Hollywood made the movie "Tomb Raider". Continue to Ta Nei and the last ones we go to visit the city of Angkor Thom that the area cover Bayon temple. It’s the highlight temple in the centre of Angkor Thom city with 49 towers in which every tower has 4 faces, so that means there are 196 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara. Then we continue walking to the next nearby Hindu Baphoun temple built before Angkor Wat in the 11th Century. Behind this temple you can see big Reclining Buddha behind it was built later in 16th Century. Continue walking to see Royal Enclosure Wall, Elephant Terrace, Leper King Terrace and Palilay. The last one of the day we go to climb up the hill of Phnom Bakheng to see sunset
Note: Due to the limited number of tourists at the peak on Phnom Bakheng then we will require or take you to climb up Phnom Bakheng a bit earlier at least 1:30-2:00 hours before sunset.
Our tour will be concluded when we return you to your hotel between 6:00pm-7:00pm.
