This tour will take place rain or shine.
Guests 5 and under are unable to join our small group tours.
Please be waiting in front of the main Banff Train Station building at least 5 mins before your scheduled pickup time. Your tour vehicle will be a passenger van or minibus with Radventures branding. Parking at Banff Train Station is free but can take approx. 5 mins to walk to the pickup location. For hotel pickup in Banff, please contact Radventures before booking. If your driver/guide is running a little late, please don't worry, as there are multiple pickups on this tour and traffic in town can sometimes delay our progress.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
