• There are no age restrictions for this tour
• Wheelchairs are welcome on the first deck of the Island Queen and can board the boat via the gangway which is 35 in/88 cm wide
• Washrooms are on the first deck, but the washroom is not fully accessible and its stalls may be too narrow for some wheelchairs
• Dining guests must be able to climb flight of 10 stairs to the second deck of the boat

You must exchange your GetYourGuide voucher for your tickets prior to boarding. Collect your ticket(s) from the ticket office at 1 Brock Street or 248 Ontario Street (Waterfront Gifts & Apparel Storefront). The boats depart from Crawford Wharf dock adjacent to the ticket office. After picking up your tickets, join the boarding line for your cruise. There is no parking available at the dock, please find parking before exchanging your ticket.
