Have signed the general assumption of risk form before the tour, which will be sent to you after booking
Single or double kayak activities: single kayaks are preferred for late afternoon outings/specific conditions. Double kayaks can be used, but they are more suitable for experienced participants
Respect the minimum ages for rental: children must be at least 12 years old to board a boat. Those aged 12-17 must do the activity with an adult
Respect the maximum number of people allowed on the boat, as well as the other instructions explained on site
No animals allowed on board the boats
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
Bring only what you can keep with you on the boat

- Personal flotation device (PFD) and water safety kit
- A waterproof bag can be loaned on site (limited quantity)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
