This unique experience combines takes guests on an edible journey through the tastes of Montreal's global food cultures - Asian, Caribbean, Italian, Persian, and French. It is a restaurant-style tasting menu with 4 courses and can be matched to a 4-glass flight of beer, wine, and ciders. The hosting Chef is an award-winning food writer (Gourmet, Food+Wine) and Doctoral scholar (Oxford Food) who has worked with Michelin-Star chefs, 5-star luxury hotels, and Top Chef winners around the world. The dining site is an apartment in a historic 1800's building in the famous Old Port. There will be an emphasis on Canadian sources of seafood, meat, ethnic inspiration, and cheesemakers. The 4-glass matching beer/cider/wine tasting is an additional $35 USD per person.

  • Extra $45USD a person for 4-glass matching flight of cider/beer/wine. Extra $28USD per person for non-alcoholic tea tasting
  • Gratuities are not included, recommended tip is 10-15%, at your discretion. Guests must find their own transport to the private dining site, which is in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal. The metro Place D'Armes is 5 minutes walking. Longer tastings, larger groups, and private dinners available on request.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
