This activity takes place on the bench of the Niagara Escarpment, Canada. International Guests may require Passports, ID, Visa
All appointments are pre-booked it is necessary to keep on schedule
Be ready for pick-up. We are always on time.
Our default start time is 10:30 AM
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Masks are required while indoors
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
You are required to bring and wear a mask
All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof of full vaccination
We always pick you up at the main entrance of your private residence, hotel, B&B, Airbnb or any other specified address.
We will send you a photo by email of your vehicle and driver prior to pickup. Our vehicles are all silver and clearly marked in black and orange with our logo.
Driver/guide will text you when he arrives.
Please be ready to depart.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
