Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs.
This tour is located in Canada, any guest arriving from the US will need a passport to enter Canada.
Please note that this tour takes place entirely outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the season. Winter months in particular can be quite cold; be prepared to remain outside for the majority of the tour’s duration.
This is a walking tour covering roughly 1/2 km. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be will be wearing a yellow vest, holding a green Walks sign. Your tour meets in the garden in front of the Niagara Parks Police Station at 6075 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON.
Important: DO NOT proceed directly to the Niagara City Cruises boat — your guide will escort you there as part of the tour.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
