You will need to exchange your PRINTED voucher for Journey Behind the Falls at the Table Rock Welcome Centre before you visit the attraction. Staff at the Table Rock Welcome Centre will provide you with a direct ticket for Journey Behind the Falls
Walking tour departs from Table Rock Welcome Centre. Find your guide at the top of the escalators, inside the welcome centre, by the benches and windows that overlook the falls. They will be wearing "VOX CITY WALKS" dark blue uniform
Please note that these are two separate experiences, your tour guide will not escort you to the attractions

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
