A government issued photo ID is required for guests aged 18 years and older
If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
Check in 40 minutes prior to the flight departure.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare. A no show fee of 100% will be charged 20 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats; any return portion will be automatically canceled
Unclaimed seats can be sold 20 minutes prior to flight time
On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
The guaranteed luggage allowance is 20lbs. Anything in excess will be $2/lb. on a stand by/space available basis.
The downtown Vancouver terminal is located in Coal Harbour just steps from Canada Place, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and Jack Poole Plaza. The terminal can be found within the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre, located right along Vancouver’s iconic seawall. Check in at the front desk 40 minutes prior to departure time.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
