Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger can go up/down 5-10 steps to get on and off the bus, or they are accompanied by a companion who can assist them on the steps.
Certified Guide Dogs can accompany a disabled individual on our bus. Valid Guide Dog Certification must be presented to the driver during check-in. Please check with us to see if your certification is valid prior to travel.
- Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: Stop is located at the bus pick up area on Georgia Street, north side exit of the
hotel lobby. (900 W Georgia St).
- Pickups Only: Please be aware the bus may arrive up to 30min after the pickup time listed on your ticket, as the exact pickup time/order varies depending on traffic and which other hotels are being picked up at on the departure in question.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
