Arrive with waivers completed - included in confirmation email
Guests will be weighed at check in to ensure safety standards are met
Minimum weight for low water is 80lbs and minimum weight for high water is 90lbs
Operates in all weather conditions
Class 3 rapids present faster moving water and currents appropriate for beginner rafters; there may be medium to large sized waves, rocks, and obstacles that require some moves and maneuvers - the ability to swim is recommended but not required
Ages 10-15 require a full paying adult, aged 19+, to be on tour with them

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
