Enjoy tranquillity and relaxation in this beautiful mountain area where you can enjoy relaxing thermal baths and a beautiful landscape in the yeso valley.
We'll leave early in the morning to visit the Cajón del Maipo sector, where we'll head for the Colina thermal baths, located 109 km from the center of Santiago, in the heart of the Andes Mountains, on the Colina River, which runs just a few meters from the baths. Here there are 9 open-air pools with temperatures ranging from 25 degrees Celsius in the lowest pools to 55 degrees Celsius in the highest ones, with highly mineralized waters of magmatic origin coming from the San José volcano.
Then we'll head to El Yeso Reservoir, located in the middle of the Andes Mountains, where you won't find the amenities of other places, to see the wonderful El Yeso Reservoir (subject to traffic and climate conditions), a water reservoir located at an altitude of 2,500 meters. On the way, you will have a stop for breakfast (not included) in a rustic place before continuing the journey. Afterwards, you will reach the point where, accompanied by your guide, you will begin a 2 km hike to the enabled viewpoint from where you will see the waters of the bay, which have a turquoise hue and are suitable for fishing. You will also visit La Casa Chocolate, one of the most popular and representative tourist attractions in Cajón del Maipo, to finish with a rich picnic with Chilean wine, and then return to Santiago.
