They will mainly be received with a display of music and dance in the house of Palenquero knowledge, as a sample of the happy songs and funeral songs, which have historically been put into practice by the Maroons, since their arrival in America in the 1600s.

1. statue of Benkos Bioho: “our liberator” In this space you will be told about the arrival of these maroons to America and their subsequent establishment in the Palenquero territory, the achievements and history of the great Benkos.

2. House of traditional medicine: In this space you will be attended to by a traditional expert, who will be in charge of teaching you each of the ancestral knowledge transmitted by your grandparents from generation to generation, this being one of the most important spaces to visit. , because traditional medicine is part of our history, our present, past and future.

3. House museum: In this space you will be able to appreciate the material heritage of the Palenquera community in body and soul, taking into account that this space conserves all those material elements, historically used by our ancestors.

4. Boxing gym: Here you will have the opportunity to learn to box in the temple where Kid Pambele (first world champion that Colombia had in the field of boxing) did it.

5. Palenquera language mural: In this space, visitors will have the opportunity to learn some of our words in our language and complete the dream of maroons.

6. “kombilesa mi” musical house museum: In this space, visitors will be able to enjoy a unique musical experience, together with the group that creates folkloric rap from Palenque, (kombilesa mi). In this space they will be able to venture into learning local musical instruments.
