Description

Get ready to prepare your own ceviche and Cayeye (a traditional dish from Colombian folklore) with the help of a professional ceviche chef!
For two hours, we will be in the kitchen of our restaurant located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center with two professional chefs!

You will learn from scratch how to prepare ceviche with the help of two chefs, Astrid and Danna, who love teaching and learning about travelers' cultures. They will guide you through the process, from how to properly cut vegetables and fish to the most useful tricks for seasoning a good ceviche, which we will be able to prepare entirely to our liking and preferences. In addition to ceviche, we will cook a traditional dish from the Caribbean culture of Colombia called Cayeye, which uses green plantains, ripe Colombian cheese, and a typical Colombian sauce. After preparing our dishes, we will all eat together in the dining room of our family restaurant to share our experiences and, why not? Speak a little Spanish!

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
