Begin your outdoor adventure with a kayaking trip through Makena Bay. Paddle over the beautiful coral reefs and spot the colorful fish swimming beneath the water. Gear up with a snorkeling mask and dive into the water to come face to face with the fish and turtles.
As you kayak, keep an eye out for whales, depending on the season, before returning to shore. Hop back in your car and drive yourself over to Kalama Park for a surfing lesson. Get a detailed safety briefing and learn the basics from your instructor before jumping on a board and riding the surf.

• Meet at South Pacific Kayaks at Makena Landing. To reach the meeting point, drive down Makena Alanui through Wailea. 2 miles after Wailea, turn onto Honoiki street, following the blue sign "Makena Landing." At the end of the road, turn right to reach the kayak departure point.
• Meet at 11:45 A.M. at Kalama Park. Check-in at the Surf Shack, 1993 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, 96753. Look for a bright yellow spotted truck parked outside the door. The office is on the ground floor.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
