IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A link to a boater's safety test will be included in your voucher and is required for obtaining a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft with a valid driver’s license. However, drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must take the test and obtain a Temporary Florida Boater’s License.
The rental is strictly prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico. It is only permitted with the water of St. Andrews Bay. The boat is equipped with GPS tracking devises for safety purposes.
Guest must be at least 18 years old or older to rent a pontoon boat.
Guests are required to sign a waiver before departure.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Boat has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers.
Towing behind the boat is not permitted.
Glass items are strictly prohibited.
Park anywhere along the yellow curbs labeled "Marina" Follow the signs through the middle of the condo building and check in at the Heritage Excursions office.
