Your day begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel, where your guide welcomes you on an unforgettable adventure through the Paphos hills. Our first stop is Tsangarides Winery, a family estate where tradition blends with innovation. Here, you’ll explore the vineyards, discover organic winemaking, and experience your first tasting of elegant Cypriot wines.

We continue up the winding hills to Kolios Winery, perched high above sweeping valleys. You’ll experience generous tastings of full-bodied reds and crisp whites while enjoying panoramic views and hearing the inspiring story of the Kolios family’s passion for winemaking.

Next, we visit the Stagona Olive Oil Farm, where you’ll explore the groves and see how olives are pressed into liquid gold. A guided tasting reveals the flavors and aromas of freshly produced extra virgin olive oil , olive jams and pastes— a true Mediterranean treasure.

By midday, it’s time to indulge in a traditional meze lunch at the Spring of Life. Surrounded by village charm and cool spring water, you’ll enjoy an authentic feast of Cypriot dishes, lovingly prepared and shared in the warm spirit of local hospitality.

After lunch, step into history at the Chrysoroyiatissa Monastery, founded in the 12th century. Here you’ll explore peaceful courtyards, admire sacred icons, and experience the serenity that has drawn pilgrims for centuries.

The journey continues higher into the mountains to Vouni Panayia Winery, a pioneering estate famous for its rare indigenous grape varieties. Explore the cellar, taste bold and unique wines, and experience breathtaking views across the Paphos forest.

Finally, we make a tranquil stop at the Kannaviou Dam, the island’s second largest. Here, you’ll experience Cyprus’ natural beauty in a calm setting, perfect for photos and reflection.
