Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, holding an orange placard with your name on it. Don't worry about delays, as the driver will wait for you, help you with your luggage, and show you to the vehicle. Then you can just sit back, relax, and you'll be at your hotel in no time!
The shuttle minibus departs once all passengers from certain flights are gathered, but with a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.

Arrival: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding an orange placard with your name on it.
Departure: When you book transportation to the airport, an exact pick-up time cannot be guaranteed. The driver will pick you up within 15 minutes before or after your requested time. You must be ready for departure at least 15 minutes in advance and be prepared for the possibility that the driver may arrive up to 15 minutes late. The suggested time frame for pick-up in central Prague is 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure (for EU flights) and 3 hours for international flights (for the US).
Please note that pick-up is possible from hotels and addresses within central Prague. Pick-up from the main train station is not possible.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
