Description

An intimate walk through Copenhagen’s heart. Enjoy a traditional Danish lunch, and soak up the 'hygge' with local beers in the city's oldest pubs while learning what makes modern Denmark so unique.
Embark on an unforgettable journey through Copenhagen, where every step unveils a seamless blend of history, culture, and culinary delights.

I will lead you through iconic landmarks, down picturesque cobbled streets, and into medieval squares within the city's oldest quarters. Together, we’ll reveal hidden gems tucked away in this fairytale capital, exploring the quiet corners that most tourists walk right past.

Experience a city of stories. As we wander, I’ll share captivating anecdotes that bring the past to life. From the era of Viking conquests to modern-day green innovations, every corner of the city holds a narrative. Our adventure begins in the heart of the capital at City Hall Square. From there, we wind our way down the bustling Strøget and dive into the backstreets, crossing ancient courtyards that reveal long-held secrets of Denmark’s historic centre.

Capture breathtaking views and flavours. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of local markets, where artisans showcase their crafts and tempt your taste buds with local delicacies. We’ve carefully chosen scenic spots for their photogenic charm—whether it's the serene beauty of the Church of Our Lady or the shadows of a quaint alleyway, you'll have plenty of opportunities to snap the perfect shot and create lasting memories.

Witness the evolution of a Kingdom. Hear tales of Kings and Queens, triumphs, and turmoil. You’ll witness the city's dramatic evolution through the centuries—tracing the path from its humble roots as a Viking fishing village to the thriving, design-forward metropolis it is today.

Taste the local 'Hygge.' We’ll pause for lunch at a cozy tavern to sample authentic Danish Smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches), local beer, and Snaps. To walk it off, we’ll ascend the famous Spiral Ramp of the Round Tower to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the city—a sight that feels straight out of an epic fantasy. Afterward, we’ll visit my favourite "best-kept-secret" pubs to discuss the modern way of life that makes Danes some of the happiest people on earth.

Enjoy a tailored, personal experience. What truly sets this tour apart is the intimate, small-group setting. Unlike large group tours, this experience stays relaxed and interactive. We understand that every traveller is different, so we adapt the pace and focus to suit your desires—whether you're a dedicated history buff, a foodie, or a shopper looking for treasures.

Concluding at the iconic Nyhavn. Join us for a journey of discovery where the past meets the present. You'll experience Copenhagen as the locals do, uncovering its treasures and creating memorable moments along the way. After winding through historic side-streets and passing the city's oldest drinking holes, we'll marvel at the King’s New Square before finishing at the world-famous, colourful waterfront of Nyhavn.
