This morning hike takes you out of the urban into the green hills for a bit of quiet, a workout, and spectacular views.
Included on the way is an introduction to an ordinary fresh food street market and small shops in an ordinary neighbourhood of Hong Kong.
Itinerary:
8.30 Start in the city centre. The efficient public transport system takes the hiker to the start of the trail.
Along the way a visit to a local wet market, experience life of ordinary Hong Kongers as they go about their daily activities.
The hike commences along a lovely cool path through lush woodland, accompanied by birdsong. Emerge into open hillsides of the spectacular Shek O Country Park, often adorned with seasonal flowers, such as wild azaleas, gordonia, bell flowers or rose myrtle.
The rugged spinal ridge of Dragon's Back offers breathtaking views of distant Islands, the coastlines, and beaches.
The trail ends at the road to nearby Shek O Village and Beach. You may transfer back to Central with the guide or decide to explore Shek O on your own.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
