Your photographer and glacier guide will lead you to one of Iceland’s most scenic glaciers. As you immerse yourself in the blue ice, your guide will capture the special moments of your tour.
Your personal photographer and glacier guide will lead you onto one of Iceland’s most scenic outlet glaciers. As you immerse yourself into the blue ice, the guide will use their camera equipment to take professional photos of you to capture the most special moments of your tour. We will explore Sapphire Ice Cave; a beautiful blue feature formed in the summer months as the glacier melts. As the winter months approach and temperature drops, the water flow lessens which allows us to explore this natural wonder. Throughout the hike, you will learn about the history of Vatnajokull Glacier and how the ice works in nature. After the tour ends, your guide will professionally edit your photos and email them to you via a downloadable drive within 14 days. These photos will be the perfect souvenir and memory of your adventure in Iceland!

All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Unless otherwise prearranged the adults need to provide their own car seat.
Per Icelandic LAW: Children under 135 cm must use a child car seat when travelling in a car. Taller children are free to use car seats as long as the car seat is intended for children of that height and weight. Meet us at the Iconic Glacier Lagoon. Our professional photographer guides will be waiting for you close to the cafe and restrooms. Look out for our silver Nissan Patrol with "Ice Pic Journeys" on the side.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
